Here's my blog, generally im just gonna talk about the mods im working on, maybe give some sneak peeks, but thats not all since im prob gonna talk about my life here and there, i'll also take the mimikitty approach and just make a long ass page, making 50 different sites for each blog post seems boring

- Sidequest: Bread
After several months without activity, most one would expect is for me to come out and announce some incredible new map im working on, right?
Nah get bent, have some bread instead
Lemerks cooking? More likely than you think. For a while i've had a bit of a, fear? Dunno if that would be the right word or not. But what i feared was that when i finally exited my parents house, that i would leave knowing how to do nothing at all, no cleaning, no cooking, no nothing. Thats something that im still somewhat worried about.
Granted, i know how to clean stuff on my own, im not that incompetent. But cooking is a whole different beast compared to anything i've done priorly. Cooking is not easy, you cant just learn it in two days and be set for life, its an art in of itself, and as the people here would know, im no artist.
But there is something i can do to prevent that kind of future, something that many wouldn't dare do. Learning
Thats what happened today, or well a few days back. When i asked my mom if she could teach me how to cook, but the first lesson started today, with some homebaked bread. While it seems a bit daunting at first having to cook for your entire family the first day you try to learn how to cook (in this case bake but shush) "Oh if i fail everyone will hate me, they will starve due to not wanting to eat burnt bread and i will never be able to cook!". Or something less exagerated, but i didnt have much to fear since i had my trusty ma to be there with me guiding me on waht i had to do :), although i did struggle a bit when she left to do other stuff that isnt particularly bad, its only bad if after a while i still need to have my ma helping me not make a mess.
The bread though, what about the bread? It tastes good, way better than the ones you get at stores but thats a low bar, family hasnt said much currently since at the time the bread were ready, they were ready to sleep
And so, thats how i, Lemerks Merk Merkington managed to make bread, so yeah learning to cook is good, if you havent already, do so. Merkington out...
BREAD UPDATE (15/11/2025)
Passed a bit since the blog post, family ate bread and they all said my bread was really good, dad was specially proud of me, even crowning me "The family breadmaker". Thats a nice title if you ask me. So the experiment of doing bread is a total success! Alright, end of blog post.

Silly you, thinking i'd let you go two blog posts without anything regarding my modding carreer? You are quite foolish arent you?
Ok time to set things straight, for a while i havent had motivation, could be school making me feel like hot ASS, could be because i would procrastinate when doing schoolwork, instead of doing it prompting me to not work on maps too, or could be because im just a lazy ass. However the case may be, im back, somewhat. Currently working on updating Westopolis from ZE2 as i've had several issues with the map i've wanted to fix, but held off until now since its gonna get removed if no changes get made.
The gif up there is not the only part i've done for this, theres also this.
New side gameplay for the newly added "Button that makes the platform go away", big wip and gameplay could be changed later, but its a nice starter. Hopefully bypigs lieks what im doin, hopefully.
Also even though i usually release these type of stuff on my site, this map aint mine, and this map is from a non reusable mod. So sorry guys :(
- Thoughts about OPM Season 3 -

So, season 3 of One Punch Man finally released! And everyone hates it!
Will this be a blog post hating on opm? nah, but a blog post talking about some of my thoughts with not only the anime, but with the community of opm (on reddit atleast)
So the anime, its not the best, im not gonna go ahead and say how its oh so good and underrated, because its not that good. But i wont go and blame J.C Staff for the anime being bad, as to be honest they are fighting an unwinnable battle, imagine making an entire series in 6-8 months? Its impossible, you cant really do much with that time. But they still pushed on, and gave us a product which is very mediocre.
I really feel bad for the animators and specially the director of season 3, since you not only have to work with impossible deadlines on a franchise as big as OPM, but you also have to deal with people hating your everymove to the point where you have to private your twitter account, it sucks.
So, when i was seeing the new opm episode, i actually got pretty excited!
The animators were trying, and they really were trying. The episode looks pretty good imo, still having lots of issues from the last episodes but they still tried delivering a product which doesnt look bad, it looks nice actually! And to me its a perfect parallel with what the episode was talking about, Garou, trying to fight several unwinnable fights, still trying even when he gets his bones broken several times, or when he just gets burnt to a crisp or sent flying all over the associaton. He never gave up and is still trying to become the ultimate threat out there. Thats what i see in J.C Staff, not a group of talentless folks who cant do anything good ever, but as a group of individuals fighting with the deadlines, low budget and rabid fanbase to give us something, something they can be proud of! Thats why im still rooting for J.C Staff, rooting for the tiny dude who no one believes in until he can finally win big for once. Many people will say im coping, but i really am not, im just being positive.
Will OPM drastically improve on quality next episodes? Doubt it, they cant just re-schedule the season so they get more time. but i still believe in J.C Staff, maybe next season, maybe the DVD releases, they have the skill to do it, and i believe in em.

I dont plan on changing anyones opinion on season 3 with this, and i dont want to. You can keep calling the season a slideshow, but atleast have some empathy for the animators, thats what im looking for. Hope yall liked this blog post, or disliked it, see ya next century.

Hey gamers, lemerks one here... I should prob think of a better opener
Well whatever, something that i dont think i've talked about here is that i really like crt's. I've wanted one of them big chunky diabetes filled boxes for a while, unfortunately the era of just going on facebook marketplace and finding 10 free crt tv's is over, meaning that they cost money (gasp!!1111!11!!). However, while searching around we found a tv that was in our budget, and of good size too, nothing seemed off from the picture on the ad, so, while i was sleeping, my parents came into my room with one of those diabetes boxes
There is one teensy tiny problem with it though, its colors are messed up in some places
One thing that kinda sucks from phone cameras (well, a lot of things suck) is how they arent good at taking photos of screens, i was sleeping as well so i couldnt say anything about the tv when they were buying it. My image doesnt show well the issue too, but you can see it in some places like sonics life icon, so what im saying is that issue is worse irl.
Which to be fair, CRT TV's are pretty old, this one doesnt even have stereo. So it makes sense for them to develop these issues, but the picture being super distorted really bummed me out. Though, while looking up online it seems like its an issue that can be fixed
Discolorization is a common issue with crt tv's, looking up the issue online will bring you thousans of results, most of them being caused by magnets. Which is my theory for why the tv is so distorted, a degausser sounds like a way to fix these (except the blotches, those seem like burn in issues). "Great" you'd think, but i dont have a degausser wand, telling my dad about the issue he told me to maybe grab a magnet and see what happens.
I personally dont recommend doing this (in some cases it can make the problem even worse!) but its not like i had more options, and waiting around until i can find a shop that sells degaussing tools sounded boring, so i started toying with a magnet putting it on places where the discolorization is very noticeable, until i noticed that if i put the magnet where the speakers are (below the screen), the discolorization issues would disappear... Until i took out the magnet which made the problem even worse.
I was like "oh crap!", because i just made the issue on my tv even worse than before, without the tools to fix it myself. Which is when i turned off the tv, to atleast move it to another place on my room, i was a bit sad but hey i could buy one of those degaussing tools right? Interestingly enough however, after i cleaned up my room and moved the tv from place, i turned it on and... The discolorization issue got less bad, infact, i'd say it was pretty hard to notice normally.
This is a part of sonic 3d blast that showed the issue really well, while the crt doesnt look that flattering here, in a lot of other scenarios it became harder to notice. But the issue is still persistent, so that means that the CRT Saga doesnt end here! I already talked about degaussing and how it can help with discolorization issues, so i'll look into that when i can. I doubt that i will be able to fix the issue in a possible part 2, but making the issue less pronounced to the point where the sides of the tv dont have it would make me happy. Alright im gone, mm released btw.
Thats it for today's blog post, a bit lenghty but hey i like this topic, maybe i'll even edit this post showing if i managed to fix more issues by messing around with magnets.

You know how they say "You only live once"? Its basically the cool way of saying "do reckless stuff, thats why you have one life lol".
Well, ladies and gents, today i did something reckless. Im legit still shaking while retelling this story, so lets start shall we?
So, im in school, its the last period and we are on P.E class playing some sports, in my case im playing badminton cuz i saw it on mario and sonic 2012 london olympic games
But i kinda suck at sports, so my stupid self got the ball stuck ontop of the wall

I was like "oh, ok" thinking about what i could do to take down the ball, one of my classmates however, grabbed a tennis ball and started throwing it up there to see if he could get it off
But thats when i got an ikdea, "ya know, what if i climb the balance beam and grab it there lol", my teacher saw and told me "hey grab a broom stick to take it off", weirdly enough not telling me not to do it, so i grabbed a broom stick, and climbed the balance beam as a maniac, thinking to myself "Well, ya know what they say, ya only live once!"
Quickly i started climbing, and just as quickly i was like "oh #@!$ i forgot im scared of cool things" so i got a bit scared, but i wasnt gonna back down now obviously, so i kept climbing.
After i made it to the top i realized a mistake, i ended on the wrong side of the beam... So i had to move the ball thingy out of there backwards, grabbing with my other arm for dear LIFE
Luckily, my plan worked! And so, right after i did my stunt i threw the broom down, jumped down myself landing in a sick pose, all the people were cheering an- Nah im just kidding, im a nobody lol, so just as quickly as i made it ontop, i climbed downwards holding on as hard as i could, although i did jump off when the height wouldnt straight up KILL me
That experience made me feel cool af, like holy macaroni i actually climbed up one of those balance beams (which has been something i wanted to do for a while). Something funny is that while i was retelling the story to my dad, he told me "Ya know, when i was wee lad i would climb ontop of a factory to bring down some kites that got stuck there" so maybe possibly kinda hopefully idk i inherited my stupidity from him... Meanwhile my mom was like "WTFFFF YOU COULD'VE DIED?!!?!?!?!" (although i did not get in trouble).
So, moral of the story is that you should watch Kick Buttowski because its cool af, uh and yeah you only live once or whatever BYE
Oh and forgot to say that i finished the house 2 update, the update is on Epic MM right now actually! So go play it or smt

thats something i wasnt expecting to see. Like genuinely when i made this site i was expecting for it to get like 10 visits at most, its just such a niche site and such an ugly looking site idk why anyone would want to look at it. And i know its kinda weird seeing a dude be so happy about 5k visits, but for such a niche site its something i find cool.
Honestly, if you went here just because you found out about it, or maybe because i advertised it on zyphyrs or on my discord profile, it doesnt really matter. Im still pretty happy about there being this many people seeing my stuff, thanks about that! I was planning on doing a bulletin board thing but it seems that 5k reached too soon, meh, maybe i'll do it as soon as i can, schools been kinda hard so i hope i can push it out as quickly as i can. (i'll make an update here when i do)
Although dont expect for nothing to happen due to this, because i will be doing some things soon, for example, on the 26th at 5 PM BRT i'll host a netgame where i will show the first 5 episodes of one punch man on srb2 theater, its one of my favourite series so i hope that if anyone reading this wants to join the ip will be this: 191.13.207.175, i doubt many people from this site will join but hey better than nothing!
Another thing i want to do will be a lost sewer developer commentary, i have the video done i just need to edit it. Hopefully i'll get it done by sunday.. Hopefully.

- SRB2Kart on a phone -

Ever since i played kart for the first time, i had this thought on my mind... "does it run on phone?"
So i searched far and wide for this elusive kart mobile port, until i found a video of someone running it on their phone with something called "termux" whatever that is, idk i was a windows kid and never interacted with any of those nerd stuff linux users have, but for this once i was gonna make an exception. So i try to follow the tutorial as well as i can but it didnt work, idk why and i dont think i'll ever find out why, but its whatever, i have pc so..
Moving on a few years from now, I become the linux nerd i was talking about, which means i like tinkering around a lot on the terminal and that sort of stuff, with that transition into being a nerd i got a lot of knowledge on some things, like compiling stuff from source (which god do you need to do a lot if you use linux a lot), and so with that knowledge acquired and after seeing my buddy fancy2209 install rayman 2 on his phone, i had an ikdea.
So a while back i managed to install termux-x11 on, well, termux, and was messing around with it, could i perhaps use this thenclolgy to install srb2kart? I mean, i saw the other guy do it, so why cant i do it? Well at first i couldnt do it, the sudo command didnt work, so cant install packages... Right? Well funny thing, i could actually do it because i was in a proot, i just didnt realize until while talking to Unmatched Bracket a whole while later.
So finally, with now being able to do sudo, there was not a lot left to do, just get the packages, compile from source and just play it right? And yeah you would be partially correct, the game compiled all fine and dandy, you could even run it on termux-x11 with one major issue, most of the keys you use when playing didnt work, and thats a very big issue (aside from sound not being working, but all you need to do was to copy some commands). But if you read that correctly, i said "most" which means some do work right? Well as a sanity check to see if it was just kart being stupid, i compiled srb2 and loaded into a game, and same issue except that when i tried to roll (the default key being shift i think?) It worked, with no issues, and in that moment a fuse lit in my head... "Hey i could probably maybe talvez use this in kart", to cut a long story short, yeah, i could use it in kart. And kart runs pretty fine so far, only issues being crashing when it lags too much, but if you have a somewhat high end phone im pretty sure you wont have any issues, here is some gameplay if you want to check it out, i'll hopefully write a tutorial when i can, just so people can experience this more, although i did see that bitten2up was working on a kart mobile port os who knows
Also since some of you follow for my modding shenanigans, here is a peek at an update i've been wanting to make for house 2, progress has been slow but i hope i can finish it before the mod releases, any thoughts you can say on my guestbook!

Hey uh, im not dead lol.
I just had this thing we call... Major lazyness, or something I dunno, doesnt really feel like lazyness just like demotivation, which absolutely sucks since I actually want to do stuff, but when im super demotivated, i cant do much.
Mind you, i did do stuff while i wasnt writing stuff here, like the tutorial, yes! Its finished.
Yeah, i actually finished it, i didnt just let it die, and saxa seems to like it (aka the director of fangs heist). Although, i will be completely honest, i had someone help me with the decoration, a user from the fangs heist discord called sludesus, major props for making the map actually look good, so thats why i will just release an older version without the enhanced decoration soon.. Probably.
Speaking of downloads i also want to upload some of my maps to catbox.moe and offer downloads, since asking people to go to a random server, or download something from somewhere seems like a pretty dickish and lazy move on my end.
Another thing, lost sewer got an update, not a big update tho... The changelog is pretty much just new grafittis, changed some timers and pretty much thats about it, still not bad to share.
Anyways im going to school, for a while now. This is the part where you close the tab if you dont want to hear me talk a bit about my life.
Honestly was kinda weird being with new classmates, since last year my geography teacher was thinking of separating the classes (91 and 92) and wow did she separate them alright, only one of my classmates from last year stayed and thats not even the only new thing, since now we go to school at 6am which wow did that suck to get used to, cuz like, for the first week i was legit doing all nighters so i could actually attend school, but after staying awake an entire night and day, i could fix my sleep schedule (without coffee!).
School has been pretty chill honestly, with how now im going to school in the morning it pretty much means that there are no stupid ass kids screaming and running around like the little pieces of crotch goblins that they are (you can tell i hate children), and the new classmates seem to be nicer in general.
Life is good :), hopefully i dont take another month to post another blog post lul

I've grown older D:
Well its my birthday (im becoming 16yo today), the post is not gonna be me talking about my birthday tho, since nothing really happened, appart from my moms tasty cake :p
but now that im older, im prob gonna look for a job, now, someone out there reading this might be wondering "why look for a job lul, youre 16 just keep using your free time to make mods" and if im being honest, i just want to have some money :v, and also cuz i wanna move out when im 18
But thats not the only thing happening, because soon im gonna go start going back to school, over here school breaks last until february something, i wouldnt really say that it will harm my modding "efficiency" since my sleep schedule sucks and i wake up at 12:00, with school starting at like 7:15. But whatever i felt like its something important enough to share
Also, i decided to take a little detour from ze2, cuz i got super demotivated outta nowhere, and after playing fangs heist i kinda got motivated to make maps, and yeah, i am making something for fangs heist which while not being an original map, its a tutorial edit, having new sections oOoOoO
so yeah i am making this, it will be exclusive to fangs heist but if anyone wants to use it anywhere else, go nuts.

So um, hi. I wasnt really expecting to do another blog post since like, i aint got much stuff to share yk? But uh, something happened
And what happened was that LOST SEWER FINALLY GOT ADDED BABYYYYY LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So yeah now i can proudly brag about how one of my maps made it into Ze2. And since Lost Sewer finally got added, i think im gonna update the "Lost Sewer" part of the creations page, maybe tomorrow cuz its like 00:32
also im making another map for ze2, just saying so the 2 people reading this dont think that I havent been doing things, which yeah i am not doing anything rn but thats because usually i take like 1-3 days of break after i make a map (although procrastination usually makes me not work on a map)
- Lost Sewer progress post or something idk -

sup.
So it's been a while after my first post hasnt it? Well I would've written something... But lazyness got the best of me :v, and now that i've done a lot of progress on Lost Sewer, might as well share some stuff here (i have this blog for a reason dont i?)
And yeah, lots of stuff has happened with LS, pretty much the biggest of them all is that the level actually looks good?
Here are some side by side shots of the level to show how much it has changed from the last hosted build.
Pretty big improvement from the last hosted build if i do say so myself, although the green color map has been removed due to it making it hard to distinguish humans from zombies, which i mean, yeah, a bit of the style with that green colormap is gone now, but in exchange of that we have some actual texture work,some cool lookin grafitti, a lot of it being suggested by GLideKS and Pyrodiac with GLide even making two graffitis for the map (thx for that btw if youre reading this) and also some cooler lookin decoration, although if you still were a fan of that green color map look, its still there in teh last section, which speaking of, is still pretty unfinished visually i'd say. Although I think I have an idea for what to do there...Maybe.
Now for the second thing im gonna talk about, the level can now kill you.
So yeah added an enemy, a RAT. Which fun fact, is something i've been planning on adding ever since the level idea popped up on my head (not for ze2 or ptsr). They deal like 10 damage and have 20-25 health iirc, dropping some rubies upon being killed, i would like to give a shoutout to glideks for helping me with the rat, and yk, making it work and do stuff, but yeah, rats. Might add a normal enemy crab later, I dunno.
So like yeah thats the blog post for today, uh, if you want to suggest some more graffiti, then send some of them to me and i'll probably add them. And if you're the artist type and want to make something for the level, meh, use it on something thats more worthwhile than a ze2 map lol.
Also here is the pk3 if yall want to play it or something, I doubt it since I dont think anyone reading this has srb2 and ze2, but whatever. Also yeah you do need ZE2 to play it, gamma1.2 to be exact (hosted by catbox.moe)

It seems that the blog has finally opened. Oh joy
Well, welcome to the blogs page, so for now i dont have much to say, but DAMN is it hot over here, summer really started with a bang... Which was caused by the heat. But hey atleast it means i can clean clothes with them drying at the end of the day, which speaking of clothes, it would seem that my school is giving out free uniforms for the students, before you could go with pretty much whatever, if it wasnt too revealing, but now you have to use them uniforms, i think it was a goverment decision, idk, what i do know is that atleast i'll get free clothes! :D

So ater looking at some websites in the neocities home page i was thinking, "damn i should continue making my site." So i did.
So for now this is what i have, i will try my best to update this site when i can. Although the next update will probably be in like, 50 years or something?
